Responsibilities:
- Responsible of the daily operations of
office administrative duties e.g.
- Answer incoming calls and take messages
- Make travel arrangements for our customers
(booking air ticket, hotel, etc.)
- Assist our customers with travel expenses
overviews and reports
- Reception of foreign customers
- Responsible for the whole procedure of
establishing a rep-office for our foreign
customer, applying for residency and work
permit, etc.
- Communicate closely with foreign
management in English
- Support other team members in various
projects
Requirements:
- Fresh graduated with bachelor degree
majored in English or Administration etc.
- Good communication skills; fluent in
spoken and written English
- Ability to work both independently and in
team environment
- Familiar with MS Office (Word, Excel,
Power-Point) and Internet
- Service-oriented, dynamic and strong
interpersonal skills
- Have strong organizational skills
- Experience of dealing with government
agencies is a plus
