Job Description:
- Improve employees’, especially team
leaders’ written English skills by polishing
emails, meeting minutes, reports, etc.
- Selectively facilitate conference calls
and improve oral English skills of team
leaders
- Provide English training to employees
twice a week in both office locations
- Selectively review technical documentation
with focus on English
- Design or polish all English document
formats in admin, HR etc.
- Hold English corner (party) once a month
- Be responsible for any translation when
necessary
- Any other English related work when
necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree or above , English
Majority
- Good communication skills in fluent
written and oral English.
- Be familiar with daily English and
business English; experience in English
teaching is a plus
- Be Self-motivated, outgoing and have
pleasant personality
- Be able to work independently with good
teamwork spirit,
- Be able to work under pressure with strong
sense of responsibility
